PT Altrak 1978 under the Central Cipta Murdaya (CCM) group, today is one of the well established companies operating as an sole agent and foremost distributors of heavy equipment and vehicles for agricultural and industrial use in Indonesia. At this moment, we are seeking qualified candidates with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing organization structure.


• Handling data analysis.


• Handling data administration.

Requirements:

• Male, max 27 years old.


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.


• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.


• Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or General HR.


• Full-Time position(s) available.
