PT Dole Food Indonesia is urgently looking to fill up the following position, which will be based in its Surabaya office:
The position is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operational tasks and activities including quality assurance, ripening process, and fresh produce storage & handling. Further, this person’s responsibility covers agricultural farm operations, as needed.
Key requirements:
- The candidate must have the required skills in operations and project management
- Candidate must have strong leadership, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
- He must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours and on weekends to ensure continued operations.
- Candidate must also be willing to relocate to other states in Indonesia if required.
- Candidate must also be willing to travel or be relocated.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Computer skills with MS Office is required.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Operations Management or equivalent
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not a requirement
