We are Food Court Company with extensive work and Implementation. We are seeking for the qualified candidates to fill the position of:
Responsibilities:
- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with human resources Manager
- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
- Developing orientation programmes;
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires
- Evaluating training and development programmes;
Requirements:
- S1 in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Experience in the field of F & B at least 1 years specially Food Court and in the related field is required for this position.
- Male / Female
- Maximum age 27 years
- Good looking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
- Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Understand with Training Need Analysis, Training Delivery
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good communication, people, and administration skill
- Able to work in a team
- Good communication skills
