Responsibilities :
- A good communicator with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Having at least one year experience in secretarial work or administration.
- Having good interpersonal skills and strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to handle filling, administration, scheduling, etc. (Including Meeting Schedules and Travel Arrangements).
- Hard-worker, thorough, diligent, highly motivated, fast learner, able to work multitasking, well-organized, able to work in a team or individually without much supervision, good communication skill.
- Possess a high level of integrity and attention to details.
- Good Time Management.
- Good knowledge of business correspondence.
- Neat detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements:
- Female 23-30 years of age
- Minimum D3 in Secretary
- Has at least 1 year experience as a secretary
- Able to write and converse in English
- Has good social and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant disposition
- Well versed in Microsoft office
