HR Generalist Industrial Relation
Qualification :
- Male / Female Max. 35 years old
- Min. Graduated from Bachleor of Law
- Has some experience in law within a corporate or law firm environment
- Has been in an HR Generalist role and ideally has some experience of change in an organisation
- General HR – employment contracts, setting up HR policies, thorough understanding of labor law, Kitas processing, L&D, internal recruitment, talent assessment through 360 appraisal (or similar)
- Experienced in HR systems and administration
- Legal overview of all client contracts – with proven experience in this area
- Industrial Relations experience would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Strong English language ability both written and spoken with enhanced interpersonal, communication and soft skills
