Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max 28 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree (Psychology is preferable) with min GPA 3.00
- Having min 1 -2 years working experiences at the same field in manufacturing industry
- Know the end-to-end process in the recruitment department
- Excellent skill to operate computer (MS Office, etc.) and good administration skill for reporting, filing, etc.
- Administrative duties such as proper documentation arrangement, record, courier service arrangement, & travel arrangement
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Mature, detail & meticulous, self motivated, independent, and able to work individually as well as in a team
- Willing to be placed at Head Office in Jakarta
