- Man maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in economics or law from a reputable university
- Work experience of minimum 2 years in related field
- Experienced in implementing regulations, discipline, hiring/firing employee and general affairs.
- Understanding in Indonesia Labor laws and regulations is a must
- High leadership skill, able to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to be located in Head Office in Karawaci or Serpong Area and maybe in factory in Cilegon
- Have A and C driving license
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Fluent in English(Spoken and Written)
- Knowledge in Mandarin or Korean (passive) is an advantage
