Responsibilities



  • Handling admin operational – handle Petty Cash operational and reporting (SAP System).

  • Handling medical operational and reporting.

  • Handling Purchase Requisition (SAP System).

  • Handling incoming / outgoing letters.

  • Help to prepare Event at Kemang Club Villas.

  • Prepare for the demands and needs of the office expenses for monthly operational.

  • Multi-function in working collaboration.




Requirements



  • Min. Diploma D1 / D3 of any major.

  • Female and Single, Max age is 30 years old.

  • Well organized, fast and productive.

  • Advanced in Computer Skills.

  • Hard working, pleasant personality and attitude.

  • Good command of English (Oral and written).

  • Willing to be based in Kemang - South Jakarta
