An exciting position has risen for a Administration Assistant to join a high profile company. The role provides administrative support to the Manager ensuring effective and smooth running of the day to day Operation’s. Reporting to the Manager your responsibilities will include:



  • Execute general office admin

  • Support Manager with their administrative tasks

  • To assist Manager in placing ad in newspaper or web

  • Attending calls and emails as and when necessary

  • Follow up and record feedback to Manager


This challenging position would suit a candidate with a can do attitude, self motivated with great communication skills (both verbal and written), has an eye for detail, be well organized, having a willingness to learn, professional approach and is looking to kick start their career in a office environment.
